ok, so we are in agreement, now that all head honchos have spoken, that:

- the whole idea sounds appealing enough

- only leaders and appointed players will be in the skype ( I hate elitsm, but I fully agree with the arguments stated here about this issue)

- no blabbering, bashing, nonsense will be spouted, no spam altogheter.

- only things that are important to the 3 particitaping factions, reaching from organising rp sessions / fights to story developments, will be discussed there

- when something is dicided upon in said skype, the representatives will inform their other faction members in their "normal" chat that an unganised fight/event/rp session will be held.

that sound about right?

Yea,but add more then just one or two person from each faction,it will be bigger chances to be online some of them,so there would be like 10,12 people all together in that chat.
I think it wouldn't be too much for spaming.

I don't mind if you make a separate chat for regular members to chill out there, but it's up to them to join if they want and I'll not be there for reasons I've mentioned above. For the time being there'll be just one person from Keepers - I'll see how it goes first before deciding whom to add and when. Various people are good at various things and often methods vary between.

Basically for me it boils down to one thing: I'm all for constructive and practical purpose talk, but have no time for chit-chat and rhetorical circular logic washing.

And it ain't about elitism at all, it's about making things work, a task group. Because with 100+ people in one skype chat constantly bugging/crashing someone's else skype you physically will not be able to plan and discuss anything at all. Skype ain't IRC and de-facto is not designed for large amount of participants.

ok agreed.

so, each faction must decide which people it will enter in the skype channel.

for the Keepers, it`ll be easy I imagine:)

Order and BHG will need to dicide who they want in the chat.

can you post the names of your participants here? I will set up the skype and add people. and then I`ll bugger off.:P

Best is to include everyone into the chat, members and leaders alike. Those not-willing to be in the chat just gotta leave it, or not give their name to the creator.

The chat would help to make people know each other, and know that their enemy is not necessarily a bad guy. Makes me think about the good ole days, where you always knew who was the other player hehe

As for the LSF players in this skype chat, I don't see why not. There is only about 7 LSF using the program

Although, as Treewyrm pointed it out. A convo made for leaders and some key players only is needed. You wont be able to plan anything with a massive skype chat. So one Serious chat, and one spam chat

Seriously though, Lindburger, Reaper, Aidan and me in the same chat?

Anything I say is not intended as offensive, and to try and deliberately misinterpret it as such would be an attempt at trolling via misrepresentation.

It's not a conspiracy, it's localised bias. They're not intelligent enough to form a conspiracy.

I want to get off Mr. Igiss' wild ride.
