Apart from that, I really hope this works. OC needs someone to take the "rats" and turn at least one out of 5 in something worthy.
Me to, it's annoying having 4/5 sentences being out of roleplay, and I can't tell *every* one of them the server rules (Time zone differences).

Yes... I see what you mean there... I'll just have it the way it is now, and save allying, and KOS-ness for later:)
Ooops I made a mistake, I had been thinking you were making a Corsair faction teaching Corsairs about RP. An OC faction than, ok. Same thing with rep, hostile with GMG but the RP behind it is a bit differemt/ GMG doesn't hold a grudge against OCs. OCs do cause GMG many problems however and are the only NPC pilots that GMG NPCs mention any form respect to and a hesitancy at the idea of battling them (the Cardi boost makes OC pilots pretty good in RP) despite GMG NPC pilots being highly trained pilots themselves. GMG had always wanted to develop in Beta since Vanilla but there was the issue of Outcasts. GMG| has slowly built on that and have begun making attempts to "seize control" of Beta with marginal success (OC players can muster pretty good) which is the way it oughta be; a front in Beta where both our NPCs can be found giving no quarter and gaining no ground.
GMG actually seized control of Alpha and Beta yesterday with a Rhineland battleship and some snub craft. Took 2 OC dessies, me (Forgeting not to go up close and also forgetting my bots/bats) A guy who's name started with M, and another fighter whose name was fire_hawk.
On topic:
I've got the 500 million, so this is time to voice your concerns!
Hmm, does anyone think it would be a good idea to have the bretonian corporations friendly because Bowex is supplying Malta, and the have that "Enemy of enemy" thing?
Okay, my faction request has fail'd, so how the hell are you supposed to get people into your faction without a recruitment thread?
EDIT: And what exactly is the minimum amount of members?

Five.
Also, talk to people on skype, see if they are interested. I will point out that the OUtcasts have rather a lot of factions and groups within them currently.
5 members is the minimum needed to have an official faction. I would suggest pushing for more as these 5 individuals would have to be pretty active to keep the factions activity level up. How to recruit? You've already started when you got your first member/supporter. In-game activity on your Phantasma's part will play a major role for you. Skype as well, use it to try and find like minded player's to get the ball rolling. I used to have an Indies OC in a Sabre awhile back but removed it to make space for a faction char. I'm a bit broke right now but maybe I'll piece something together over the next several days and lend a hand but I am pretty strict on maintaining cannon RP. (oi, teaching new players RP is a job heheh, as a faction leader I gotta say it again, teaching new players RP is a job heheh)
