Today, in the Connecticut system, and engagement between one of your ships, the Batleship Zzebo and our Galactica took place. It would not be anything out of the ordinary, if our ship was not attacked without warning, declaration of hostility or whatever hostile pre-emptive act imegineable. As an effect, Galactica was robbed of its cargo (screenshots availible), and Galactica's request to retrieve was denied. The valuable goods were sold afterwards (witnesses/screens). Later, due to a purely defensive action, your battleship was forced to retreat back to New York, suppressed by the combined firepower of the Galactica and the just-arrived Nemesis. No further hostilities took place.

Consiering these events, I demand, that FEAR claifies its diplomatic status, as well as an official apology for this unprovoked act of hostility.

Wars would break out due to less significant reasons, and this aact would be read as a Casus Belli, if we weren't seeking peace.
However, do NOT provoke us. We may seek peace, but should you want to continue hostilities, you won't leave us with any other option, but to mobilise and declare hostility.
I am awaiting an explanation of the mentioned act, as well as a clarification of our mutual diplomatic status.

The actions of the FEAR against your vessels are not unique. Long before the AW and FEAR's allies, the SF went to war, the FEAR made unprovoked attacks upon Omicron Theta. Any actions the BSG make against FEAR will be assisted by AW if we are in a position to do so.

Thank, you, Dab, as yet, we are officially neutral towards FEAR, so for the time being such actins will not be necessary. We will not take any diplomatic action, untill their leader(s) clarify their stance towards us.

FEAR are Hostile, not neutral.
This was seen as a deed of hostility, it was pure theft, no matter what they stole, theft is theft.
