Systems like this are hopeless at detecting many kinds of swear words but there are 5 or 6 common ones in English and several Slavic languages are are easy to detect. The bulk of swearing related sanctions are for these words. The most common swear word starts with "F" in English and "J" in some other languages.

The system won't be perfect but it'll stop a four or five sanctions per week.

Hmm, that gives me another idea, spell and grammar check each chat of line and refuse to send it if:
- It has spelling mistakes.
- It has grammatical errors.
- It has bad punctuation.

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.

Doesn't always degenerate into a swear fest does it? Bastard I don't class as a swear word, it just means illigitimacy among families and the like.

F-bombs and other words at that level I wish to see go, since I see them spread a lot in NY and sometimes in other pirate bases on the rare occasion.

Oh my fault, but I agree with you there, a grammer check thing is not needed. If its based of the Google checker, we're buggered.

We gotta learn the english language ourselves, trying to write some long words over typing them and having it corrected for me makes me lazy. I don't see the necessity for it in-game Cannon boy.

I would say a load of swear words in Portuguese to mock the thread , but that wouldnt be very apropriate.

Please , no swear jar. My fingers have a tendency to slip. And "I" is right next to "O". Hence why I rarelly say the phrase "he shot me".
