I'll get right to the point. We were told you're missing a Sarissa class battleship called the "Cassus Belli". Apparently some kind of renegade, right? Well, we think we've found your missing ship. It doesn't look like it's in good shape, but my men tell me they have a way to get your ship back for you. So... are you interested? Or should we not even try?

***Re: The Cassus Belli***
I will admit, Commander, we had written the Belli off as a total loss after the transponder connection was severed in the middle of that Corsair assault force, but if it's still operational and re-obtainable that would be all the better. Frankly, we don't care what happens to it as long as it gets itself back under a more restrained control than the obviously fragmented captain. I would personally ask that you do anything you can to remove the vessel from its current leaderless state, regardless of how it happens. If we get it back for refurbishment, that's excellent. If not, I'm sure a replacement can be constructed. Better to sacrifice an investment than let its secrets become available knowledge, yes?
Best wishes, Ammiraglio Santiago Barilla

That was fast. That was very fast. I'm sorry for my own delay, but planning has taken up much of my time lately.
Plans for the capture of the Cassus Belli are underway. We should be ready in days. My men have had more time to scout it out, and I doubt we'd be able to get it back to Omicron Alpha in the shape it's in. If you can send some ships - preferable heavy lifters, assuming you have any of them - we might be able to get it back, but it's still a bit iffy. Do you want this heap of junk back, or should we just take it ourselves and turn it into scrap?
Meanwhile, on an unrelated note, our shipyards are once again running low on certain parts we need for work on the battleships Ven'Gyr and Ravager. The Ven'Gyr's engine heat plating is completely outdated, and our supplies of the fuel that both battleships need is running low. Is there any way you could arrange for shipments of this fuel to Mactan Base from Valletta Shipyards? And would you allow us the heat plating? If so, we can have the latter shipments handled through other means, but we would appreciate it if we could have the fuel shipped to us. None of our ships are equipped to handle long-distance travel, and our other contacts would be occupied with the heat plating.

Apologize for the lengthy delay in a response. Seems Ammiraglio Santiago Barilla has departed on some unknown mission & can not be contacted. I have assumed some of the duties of the CIC office for the Council of Dons until Barilla returns.
As for the Sarissa class battleship called the "Cassus Belli", Your report showed it to be in a very damaged state. We have dispatched a engineering crew to remove any classified components that still may be of use on the ship. The hull we shall leave with you to do with as you see fit. The Council has agreed to this action & thanks you for your service & patience in this matter. If we can ever be of service to you, just ask.
Respectfully,
Vice Admiral Diablo

That you for your prompt reply. It will be done. We will move the Cassus Belli to the orbit of America Base in order for your men to take what needs to be removed.
As for your being of service, I do believe you can be of service to us. You see, our supply of components for the outer hull of our battleships has run dangerously low lately after the battleship Incursus suffered a major hull breach. We would appreciate it if you would set aside several dozen shipments of these parts for our mutual friends, the Vagrant Raiders, to deliver to us from Valletta Shipyards.
On top of that, we're also running low on the MOX fuel that the dreadnoughts Ravager and Ven'Gyr need. Without this fuel, they'll completely fail on us in a matter of months or even weeks. We desperately need a shipment of this fuel delivered to Mactan Base as well. Unfortunately, the Raiders wouldn't have the manpower to move this shipment, too, and I'd have to request that one of your people move the fuel. We'll need four thousand tons of it to last us the year, or ten thousand to last us through next year as well. The exact amount is, of course, up to you. I'll leave it to your discretion and generosity. You can, of course, give us nothing at all, but then our ships would simply stop working quite soon.
The BLue Lotus Syndicate will start dividing some off our assets to assist you in this matter, MOX will begin to come to your base off operation within a few days, I just need some time to make sure that the Cardamine trade continues aswell.
As for the Hull Panels and components, you can always dismantle and salvage what you need from the Belli, atleast until we managed to assure deals to further provide you with hull panels and Componenets. As we aswell have a short supply off it for our own warships.
Best off luck to you Executive Commander Mori Tadao.

Thank you. But shipping the fuel won't be necessary at all. We have people who can handle that. No need to bother yourself with it.
Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the hull panels we need. The Cassus Belli hardly has any recognizable Outcast work on it; our scouts report it seems to have been repaired over time with a patchwork of other things. At any rate, it won't be able to patch the hole at all without some parts from Malta. I understand your shipyards are stretched thin, but ours aren't equipped to manufacture these kinds of parts. Please remember, we'll be expending much of our own resources that could be otherwise directed towards our other efforts. Surely you can spare enough plating to patch a small hole in our smallest battleship?
Executive Commander Mori Tadao of the Hellfire Legion
I understand, and I will see what I can do.
Perhaps by the chance off millions we may get deals trough and be able to send some off our vessels carrying Hull Panels and components, and still be able to support our own production.
I cant ofcourse promise anything. Hopefully youl understand that.
