Zoner Guard Rep

I was trying to make Zoner with guard rep today, trying the standard trick for zoner rep. But I just couldnt get it to get to full guard! how can I actually get Zoner Guard rep?

I have the same problem. Help please?
I did double bribe to get full zoner rep, then when I was at the place where to buy the ID, I couldnt buy it. So I did droprpe once, but whne I try bribe now they only ask for 650 bucks or so and I never cna raise it noticably.
