Greetings, honoured Council of Dons.
As you are probably aware, as you spend more and more of your time away from your true home.. you begin to miss it. And you begin to feel as if that home is no longer truely your actual home.
This is our situation now. The Vagrant Raiders have spent a lot of time away from our home, Malta. Many of the fools scattered amung the Libertonian systems have been calling us "Lane Hackers". While it is true we carry Lane Hacker Transponders, that is not who we are. We also carry Lane Hacker weapons, further drawing us to that group. In addition, with the amount of Hellfire Raids increasing.. well. We are always happy to help them. But we have no desire to be absorbed by either group.
This is why I come to you today. Today is the day where we affirm our ties to our homeland. Today is the day when our cargo shipments to and from Malta will increase two-fold. And today is the day when we come to ask you for a symbol of our allegience to the Outcast Nation - the usage of some of your small armaments - side arms, munitions, and your ship-based weapons. Our Inferno Pulse cannons have been working grandly, and the five that have been supplied to us have been of superb quality and effectivity. But we now bring a request for more varieties of Outcast weaponry. With this, we can prove to the Sector that the Vagrant Raiders are not a Hellfire or Hacker leech.
In return.. I was hoping you could suggest what would be most appropriate. As you have seen in the past, we are always happy to discuss such things.

Ah, yes. I've heard that your Inferno supplier is... unavailable. To be entirely honest, we don't know where he went either. It's probably not worth sending Mirage to try and find out, though.
I think Tiana would be too tempted to kill him.
I've discussed weaponry with Captain Ishida at length recently, and he has told me some interesting things about Hacker weapons - they're very similar to our Wyrms. However, Wyrms would be far more reliable in combat, and your technicians should find them far easier to repair than Krakens since they've already dealt with tachyon weapons.
I will make arrangements for Wyrms and Krakens to be available to you - but fewer Krakens than Wyrms. I recommend restricting the Kraken particle cannons to your higher-ranking members, to save your mechanics some trouble - and so you don't have to keep sending them back to us whenever a Liberty cruiser attacks you.
As for what we ask in return... when something comes up, we will make our request. For now, consider your increased shipments and continued support against our enemies sufficient.
