Alright;

If we submit a system for RP reasons and give away one, do we have to;

a) pay 1.000.000.000 credits for the new system?

or

b) Does this count as a story enhancement as we are leaving to a new system in means of story development, not like guard system etc, leaving our own system to an enemy faction etc. as a result of war etc and altering things to make the story move on so, basicly, will it be free?


Note: We are submitting the system as constructed, with elements ready etc. Not asking it to be added - constructed.
