I did that thing already with 2 BS and 2 dessies going against the Outcasts dons (that even used metagaming to announce us hostile).
We didn't lose our cap8, we weren't treated like this but by the "oh so high outcasts leaders" that cry everytime something is not going your way. I hate you all.
Here, we got the same guys but in their zoner chars playing "shot at me for I report". When a trader ask for armed forces, I kill him with "he didn't paid" as defense.
Calling for armed forces for someone that isn't supposed to be a treat ? Logical here ? That's PVP calls, no more.

If someone wants to quit that's his/her choice. No one reached out through the computer and took control of his mouse.
His cash is his, as are his ships, and we won't be doing a damn thing with them until such time as I hear from him again.

We don't restrict people to certain ships. We simply ask people to not act in a way that will lead to more flame-threads and result in the BHG id becoming more and more restricted, as it has been in the past.

You do realise that everytime a BHG capship enters Gamma and shoots the place up, they are guilty of PvP abuse - you remember, it was the thing Kuun-Lan used to do? And that fleet that Hoodlum jailed? I think people have been remarkably lenient and patient with this matter so far... and there is always the possibility of some new twist in this matter. But now that it looks like it is yet another example of the harsh and unwelcoming manner in which we greet players...oh hang on, he's been here close to seven months....and that was his seventh sanction...and we did make efforts to resolve this...

Things turned a corner over the weekend, but that's life for you. You can't have everything. You can't have a battleship and shoot transports. You can't rebel against a group and have their toys. You can't shoot people and expect to land on their bases.

Now everyone be quiet or nooblet will hear.

You know why such severe consequences were probably enacted upon you? Because you abused your ship. I dont care what the transport did. Guess what? "BATTLESHIPS MAY NOT ATTACK TRANSPORTS." Period. End of Story. If the Transport WAS threatening you, in any matter, you shouldve either Docked and logged off to save the sanction, OR call a buddy of yours to assist who was in a gunboat or lower class vessel.

oh, and I HAVE been Sanctioned in the past, it was a rheinland conflictr where something imilar went down. a Cease Fire was in effect, and the said faction was attacking my RM character. After evading for 5 minutes (about), I finally returned fire in SELF DEFENSE. By the rules standards I shouldve been clear BUT There was a Cease Fire in effect, and therefore I was sanctioned. I didnt fight it, I took the punishment as a man and had all my credits drained.

The Sanction is STILL on these forums if you wish to look it up.

Stop blaming others and blame yourself and maybe then people will start respecting you.

I suppose I have mixed feelings here.

On one hand, from what I can tell Apoc wing was out of line in its conduct.

On the other hand, I feel that in general the Admins are too strict with the rules, too eager to hand out sanctions, and otherwise not very forgiving.

On the..er.. third hand, there's a lot of issues that come about where I just /facepalm and say to myself y'know...why are we even getting upset about this. Let's play the freakin' game. Not worry about who's got where that they can dock. Maybe they made their own little base somewhere ffs, who knows.

And I have to wonder to myself wait a minute. This isn't the first group that's been alienated from support.

What about that Mon'Star the red character? Isn't he hostile to everyone? Where does he go when he gets blown up? Granted the owner of that character has a long history of good rp etc, but still.

I was sort of looking forward to having a bit of a drawn out conflict with these Apocalypse loonies, and then in what seems like overnight they became outcast, denied the ability to dock anywhere, and now they're gone. Thanks, I just love sitting around Freeport 1 with my thumb up my rear because I don't have anything to do 99% of the time.
