I hope that helps a little. Mining is a bit buggered at the moment due to a small change we made which sort of threw the whole thing on its face.

But aint that life.

Mining is REALLY buggered at the moment. I've been shooting rocks in my IMG ID/IFF Spatial with mining turrets in the Tau-37 niobium field for fifteen minutes and I haven't gotten a single frakkin' unit of ore! GAHHHH!

Thanks, that would be great. Getting from Liberty to Tau-23 through Bretonia before remembering the pass through Coronado is really not fun. Getting there, buying a spatial and some gear and a double bribe, then going to '37 and finding that no one can get a rock out of the field is quite disappointing. Ah well, at least I don't have to pay for Disco, so we don't really have the right to bitch and moan.

D'OH

I'm retarded. Mining is dropping at about 3-5 units a pop. Woot!

You can pay me and Cannon for working on it all the time, then you can bitch and moan.

Everybody wins!

yea i went to go mine some diamonds in dresden and nothing was popping out. at first i thought it was just me and my lag or something (it happened once where i shot a bunch of rocks and nothing happened, then 2 min later they all appeared at once). but after a while still nothing was popping out...i kinda wanted to say something but i know you guys are still working on the bonuses and stuff (thank you!) and i figured you were just tinkering with it. and i didnt wanna be that annoying guy yelling at you to fix stuff:laugh:

so will the whole bonus and specialties be working soon or is that still a ways off?

Quote:You serious {about copper}? If you are, I love you (in a completely non-intimate way).

Yep, found it much more profitable than cruising trade routes before getting a 2k+ transport. What I couldn't understand was why Planet Houston - what on earth do they want all that copper ore for? More to the point, why don't Pueblo or Denver want the stuff at all - it sells for literally peanuts on both.

I have my own little question regarding mining though; I understand it's all still being worked on, but for the purposes of clarity I require *all* parts to receive any mining bonus at all as opposed to them "stacking" from the bottom up? That would be:

Some Mining ship
Miner Tag
Some Mining IFF
Mining Weapons

...in an "all or nothing" situation. So I couldn't have my tag, IFF and Weapons sorted, but cruise around in a more generic ship?
