Damn credit limit

Well it's finally happened hasn't it. The credit limit got me in the end. BUT, I haven't lost my money. Oh no, it's just split now *mutters*. Here I was trading away without a care in the world thinking "yeah I've got heaps of room, I can trade for ages yet". Then I had an idea, why not just buy a scimitar and put the best fighter Armour on it and then roam around talking to people. Well I made a new char on which to transfer my fortune. I had 1920,618,857 on the account and when i went to /givecash it all to my new char I got an error message that said I had exceeded the credit limit. So now I have 1899000000 on one char and 21 and a bit million on the other. I'm so annoyed now cause there's no way to put that 21mil in the account with 1899000000mil. *sigh* such is life.

Is there anyway of putting it all together again?

The game cannot properly save a character/save game file with more than 1.8 billion credits. If you have more, the file can be corrupted.

Unfortunately, Bear, you have three choices:

Stick with the limit.
Spend your money.
Get a second character.


Having a Starflier (OR MAYBE A FANCY SHIP?) with 20 minutes logged holding 1.8 billion isn't the worst thing that can happen.

Marshal is right, make Bank characters, split your money and log onto them once a week.

Once a month is even enough.

Battleships aren't my cup of tea unfortunately, I don't like going around and being in combat most of the time. I just like trading and RP'ing. Plus I don't like being limited in where I can go...
