you wiped >I.C.F.<.GB.Sandy - PLEASE restore it, and if you are at this PLEASE restore the name, as you changed it in the process
as i see no rule-violation in this name - i also see no foundation for changing this name
In most cases, characters/ships are not sanctioned but rather players are. In this case the character we intended to remove the guns from was >I.C.F.<.GB.Sandy, not >I.C.F.<.Cindy. To give you a related example, when a player breaks a rule in a fighter, we might take credits from that player's trader even if the trader is in another account.
The name was changed because it violated the following rule - I've highlighted the relevant part:

- Names should contain no swear words.
- Country of player origin must not be used in character names. - Names with excessive use of random symbols, capital letters, numbers, symbols, leet speak, emoticons should not be used.
The '>I.C.F.<.' part of your character name has too many symbols and capital letters. ICF.GB.Sandy or ICF|GB.Sandy would be acceptable.

I admit that this was pretty stupid, i don't know why the engagement "phrase" was only sent in the group channel, i was pretty surprised about this and then the shooting broke loose, well, i would have had the time to write a short notice before attacking myself, but i didn't, apologize for it, and guarantee you that it won't happen again.
To Be honest I arrived a bit late at the battle as I was...ahem taking screenshots :$and I didn't feel the need to say anything since the battle had already started so I didn't say anything. I guess now I have to say something EVERYTIME I enter a battle even if I'm late >>
By the way, I printed one single sentence immediately after entering the system but it was ignored by both sides and I gave up on it. Never mind. I was so wery ashamed that I was there that I think the sanction for me is too soft, and demand for myselfe something more serious, like IP ban
