To: All stations in the Sigmas (Excludes untraceable source //Guard Systems)

Greetings population of the Sigmas,

As you may have heard in the news earlier, Freeport 18 now is stationed in Sigma-17, Sector E3. You will find most information about us in the news. We are operating a small Freeport that is open to everyone in need. As we want our service to be costumized according to the needs of the Sigmas, we want to start dealing with the entirety of you about the possible goods we could supply each others. Independent traders, Freelancers and Zoners nearby are free to contact us as well. Let us revive the old Freeport 7 altogether and forget those dark ages.

Sincerely yours,

Commander Sebastien LaHoue of the Freeport 18.

PS: Please note that our storage rooms cannot contain more than 1380 units of merchandise.

I want to get off Mr. Igiss' wild ride.

Konnichiwa,

Now, you say that you are "open to everyone in need". Does this include criminal organizations such as the so-called Outcasts? The answer is very important with regard to the current business between Samura Heavy Industries and Cryer Pharmaceuticals.

We assist everyone in need of help, such is the word of the Zoners. As long as the Outcast is not a menace to the Freeport or it's surroundings, we will help it like any other costumers. If although, the Outcast(s) seems to be a danger for our deals (Such as attacking convoys that are in Freeport 18's No Fire Zone), we will have to refuse them access. Which I doubt we will have to enforce.

I want to get off Mr. Igiss' wild ride.

I think then you are grossly mistaken. The Outcasts are a threat to us all. In fact, they are attempting to undermine Kusari as we speak through their GC slave labor. We urge you to make sure such fiends are barred from any sort of station you have strangely decided to move to this system.

If any of these ships are seen to be using your facilities and then entering the Kurile Cloud, Samura Heavy Industries is prepared to act both defensively and legally.

I think I was clear enough. As long as they do not threat us directly, we will not act against them. If I moved away from the Houses, it's not to be dictated by them, mind you. If your greatest concern is Cardamine, you won't have to worry about it, we do not deal with it.

Also, it is clearly stated in the Freeport laws that no group may use Freeports to initiate attacks against anyone. If you have reasons to believe such a group departed from our station, please send us the evidences and we'll deal with them.

I want to get off Mr. Igiss' wild ride.

Being as you have situated yourself disturbingly close to our facility, there is no foreseeable way that such traffic could not pose a huge security risk, especially if you will "help" them. And just what kind of 'no fire zone' are you planning to impose in the dust cloud? This is a very hostile maneouvre.

We have situated ourselves exactly where the Freeport 7 was. The situation will simply become what it was 17 years ago, where both of our groups actually were having major profits from each others, us from your pharmaceutics, and you from our alien organisms. The No Fire Zone will be the same than the one that was instored until 17 years ago as well.

Freeport 7 brought nothing but criminals. As horrible as the attacks on it by those hideous aliens were (and we certainly would not like a repeat), since then the level of safety in Sigma-17 has increased significantly.

Now, that's not to say those in charge of Freeport 18 will make the same mistakes as Freeport 7. I am sure you are much smarter than that. But if Outcasts start peddling their poison there, there will be plenty of unhappy people. And if the Corsairs show up, I am sure the GMG will also be quite unhappy. All sorts of things could happen - fires, explosions, Holstein venom accidentally leaking into the water supply - when criminals are running free.

Not that you would let that happen now, would you?

Of course not, which is why we do not deal in both Cardamine and Artefacts. And as I've said, if you have any complaints about our activities, simply send us proofs of it and we shall deal with it. If I understand your hidden message correctly, you do not just wonder about criminals, you wonder if your profits will be affected because of us, am I right? Well, I can assure you that Freeport 18 is nothing more than a small Zoner storage, and I doubt you will even notice it in your revenues. In fact, we could even benefict from each others. If you are so worried about our activities, I can temporarily give you an office within the Freeport so you may monitor us until you may ''trust'' us, I believe.

I want to get off Mr. Igiss' wild ride.

Sigma 17 has been a peaceful system for 17 years, and both our organisations' business have benefitted from it. If you bring crime and disorder to the system, we will not hesitate to defend our interests. We employ many bounty hunters on tenure at Atka, and any 'no fire zone' would severely impede their ability to operate as necessary.
