Backing up Freelancer Account

I have come to the stage where I need to backup my Freelancer account, I don't go over 5 chars so all i need as a failproof way to make sure my FL Account isn't deleted, or lost.

So far I know is that i should copy my FL Account ID from the exe folder to a saved backup - is thier anything further?

Also, get Freelancer Account Manager, the link can be found on the forums by a quick seach. Export your account and email it to yourself.
