....And a "Hail Eris! Queen of Baffin" or something like that will be viewed very favorably.

We'll try and work something like that in there. *wink*

Why is it I find so many opportunities for righteous opposition within the IMG?

I find that a treaty for the entirety of the Tau region being conducted by the IMG, expected, but foolish.

Er, this is a neutral proposal. I play both IMG and Outcast.

I dont know...
I dont like the idea, why allow the IMG operate so close to Alpha... they could work as spy for our enemies, lets say; they can inform our enemies of incoming supplies of cardi passing trough Tau 37... its just a tought...

IMG generally just mine in the clouds and patrol between the asteroids and Falkland. We're a mining, trade, and exploration faction, not so much a combat faction.

That wasn't directed at you, it was directed at the IMG as an organization. Be prepared for commentary far worse than what I've said.

Regardless though, the IMG aren't the only parties with interests in the Taus (both manifest and conceptual). So this treaty has ample opportunity to burn you.

I'm wearing asbestos pajamas, and I'm ready to work this thing out.

I think that whole thing arose during the Colonial Remnant and Asgard Warriors era, but I could be wrong.

CR fight OC, and CR used IMG tags for a long time. Now that they've got their own ID and IFF, might be changeable.

I don't like how the red Outcast line touches the Tau-23/Tau-37 jump hole.

I also don't like how the Cali no-IMG zone requires extra navigation to get from Tau-29 to Java.

EDIT:

Also, the Outcasts are, simply put, IMG's main enemy in the Taus because mining ships are Outcasts' favorite targets.
