In a previous log I called it a fleet... Three ships is a battlegroup. Just part of a fleet. Strangely, I don't know who's fleet I'm in. Maybe no one's. I am putting my ships into position now. I've been contacted by the captain of the Komet, and he's in position near the Jump Gate to Dresden from New Berlin.

The gunboat and cruiser are still near planet New Berlin awaiting orders. Meaning that most of the crew is on the planet's surface. I haven't talked to Kristy in a while.... I don't even know if she likes people calling her that. Hm, maybe I should say Commander Kristy... Eh, screw it.... I'm too tired to think......

To explain what happened to me a few days ago.... I was scheduled for an upgrade on my battlegroup, and it was cancelled.... As what I needed to upgrade was destroyed.... Better news... It has been replaced and I will be getting those upgrades any time now. Until tonight, I have to go command a ship.... Fun, eh? Not really.... Too much work.

I'm am on my way to attend a meeting with a few of the higher ranking leaders of Rheinland. It is a great honor that I get to go, sit with these people, and talk to them as humans and not people of higher rank. Although the only reason I get to go is because my ship, the Aerus, is safe guarding the meeting from any further attacks by pirates... Especially Arch-Angel.

The meeting is to determine the proper course of action in the return of Arch-Angel. I have already requested that I may be the one to host the bounty on his head, a good 15 million currently. As far as I know, I am.

If his horrible acts continue to go unpunished I will raise it and send out the RNC Reaper to aid in the search, I, unfortunatly, will not be onboard, but it will be under command of its TRUE captain, a man I trust with my life and more. Hunt Stryker. I purposefully gave him command of the best my little battlegroup has to offer, but usually I am on it, therefore in control of the vessel. I will, however, constantly monitor their status and will be redirected all their transmissions... Any semi-important ones, I will be talking. Ah, the meeting is about to start and I have yet to get off the Aerus. Until tomorrow.

Its been a few days.... A lot has happened. First, the terrorist Arch-Angel has been destroyed so far, 3 times. And an almost global war is developing. Funny they call it global.... Its space... Many planets, not just one to be called a globe.

I have recruited a new member to the Rheinland Military, a Tombfyre. He seems to have potential. I will, of course, do my best to help him along. But all this war and bounties and everything is blowing my mind. I haven't slept in fourtynine hours and feel like someone bashed me in the head with a lead pipe. Heh.... Lead isn't used anymore as it was too dangerous to people. Dangerous... No one cares about danger. Every ship every where has weapons... And they all know how to use them. Its a kill or be killed situation and I'm starting to realize this. Maybe the RM isn't working to correct this. Maybe they are actually trying to hep this move along.... No... That's nonesense... What am I thinking. I doubt myself, I doubt my ship..... I doubt.... My cause....

Life isn't going to well... Today I was onboard the Aerus, escorting Tombfyre to Tau-31 and back.... Talking to Sparton and Titus of the TG. I am now back in New Berlin.... And I feel like killing myself...-sigh-

I'm useless to the RM now... A man with too much doubt.... Is just that... Useless. I feel like taking my battlegroup and doing the unthinkable. Fight everyone. The AW, the IG, the SDF and LS, and lastly..... The amazing RM. Heh..... These are just the rants of a mad man. A man who's spilled too much blood to be able sleep. I am that man. I've killed many people... Pirates they all were... But they were people all the same. Now... Just a few specks of dust is what's left of them.

No. I must stay with myself, and the RM. My suffering is for the greater good. A free, more peaceful society. Not House versus House versus Pirates.... Bah. Take me away from here.........

Now I've gone and done it.... I've wished for death... Now death will come. Either as master... Or as stealer of the soul.... He's coming now. I have but one choice, fight him and everything else in my way.... To the end.

What am I talking about! I sound like..... Like... The bringer of death... Someone save me from this hell.

Today, life is getting better.... I slept last night... I've met Arch-Angel, and survived. My ships are battleready.... All is well.

The RNC Aerus is becoming a diplomatic vessel as the Freiden isn't powerful enough to survive during warring times. It will be going to Kusari and Bretonia.... Not to mention the Border Worlds. The SDF has declared war on the AW and the AW has no doubt that they will win. Because of this, the RM has been forced to close Rheinland borders to any military or capital vessel. The exception, of course, being a diplomatic vessel.

As I watch... I see my life slipping away... But still I stand resolute, never showing weakness to the crew. Never proving to them that I am human. Commanders are perfect. Always. The tension of defending Rheinland from the GMG, who we have declared war on, and the usual pirates has been added to by the wars of the rest of Sirius and the terrorist Arch-Angel.

It seems I was meerly fooling myself into thinking all is well.... All is bad.... All is war.

These pirates have been a thorn in the side long enough!

Today, one pirate took out my Diplomatic ship and my gunboat. They left the gunboat off the Global report to keep people from fearing Rheinland is no longer safe.

The GNN is so biased. The people of Rheinland deserve to know the truth... And those pirates.... The need to die! As soon as the Aerus is repaired, she's going to the border worlds to meet with the leaders of the AW, to see if we can end this war peacefully.

Maybe then we can focus on the pirates. Maybe then we can eliminate their forces and drive them out of Rheinland. I know.... A foolish dream... One can never fully defeat the pirates... They will always be there to some degree, but at least we could lower the threat level.

I have a lot to do with the Reaper and Aerus. I am taking the Aerus out the border worlds myself. No wait..... I'll stay behind.... If those pirates are still in Rheinland, I want to meet them... Then send them to Hell, where they belong!

Today was the RM meeting. Unfortunately, very few came. And there was a mysterious blue ship in New Berlin. According to the records kept on the Komet, there was a transmission about the RM losing a few ships. None of which is confirmed.

The better news is that the RNC Aerus has finished its repairs and the resident diplomat will be recovering soon. The RNC Reaper is also fully functional, and actually went through a few upgrades.

The Aerus has finished repairs and should be heading out to AW space as I record this. My other ships are spread out around Rheinland. Mostly in New Berlin.


God, I miss the old days.... Back before I joined the military. I use to be a mercenary... And at times when it was needed, a pirate myself. Those days were fun. We never did kill anyone though.... We were good pirates, only fired warning shots, and never attacked trade routes that were necessary.

I almost wish I never joined the military. You know what... All this has worked up my spirit of adventure... I'm going on the Aerus, to the border worlds... I hear that those are dangerous parts... And people have been attacked by strange blue-ish ships. According to what I hear, they are known as Nomads... I wish to see one up close.

The meeting with the AW has, once again, been postponed due to half the crew having some problem with entering AW space. I hope to have this sorted out as shortly as possible.

As I said before, I am going to lead the ship myself, and act as diplomat from now until I find someone better. It seems our current diplomat is no longer up to the job, and has resigned. I assume he fears for his life after the pirate attack on his ship a few days ago. This attack has also been found to be a random attack on the RM. It is uncertain whether or not the pirate knew it was a diplomatic ship or not before it came under fire.

This, however, does not justify his actions. The bounty is still up as far as I know.

The Aerus should be in AW space shortly. Hopefully we will be on our way tomorrow.
