A news thingy on the affected stations would have been nice. Its kinda OoRP for Zoner food stocks to be at 0% without the major Zoner factions knowing about it. It might not have been a Zoner event, but guess who hauls a ton of food to Crete? The Zoner factions. I shouldn't have to go to Crete to find out why Freeport 9 doesn't have food.

That said. This is a great way to create in game events. I am looking forward to more of them, hopefully they will be a tad bit more thought out than this one. Either way, was interesting. Moar!

No big deal, I made the thread so I could figure out what was going on. Once I was able to see the news, all was good. This is a nice way to spark some fun events indeed. I don't think it ruined anyone trade routes except for Food For Crete runs that ZTC was gearing up to do today. We were panicking because we were plumb out of food! Nevertheless, yet another brilliant idea and evolution of already present game elements. Next time, perhaps you can maybe add a date or at least a year to the news article? ^^

Fantastic event. Everything was top notch, A++, except:

Freeports 9 and 15 should have had a news report. That would have helped to guide people in regards to the "food supply on Crete."

The other issue is that many people could not even see the news on Crete until they restarted Freelancer -- and many didn't think to do that considering the "ERR Commodity out of stock" message felt like a bug.

Oh thank you that ZTC is not an offical faction anymore.
And how many Zoner FACTONS are now in this game? you and your ego beside the Zoners or what?
