Well, I could try if you want, never really made a working system before, but there has to be a first time for everything. I have modding experience (though not a ton with systems), and the price would depend on a) how complex you want it to be and b) how well I managed to do.

EDIT: Got FLE to work, now for the system creating.

Ok, so far, everything's going well, except for two things:

1. I cannot create the Battlestar wreck. Under the system submission guidelines, Discovery models are not allowed to be added to systems:( so sorry...

2. I cannot remove the planet in sector 7-E.

Otherwise, it's going perfectly.

EDIT: Oh, btw, could you tell me what systems Elysium and Pygar are in? I've heard of Pygar before, just can't remember where it is, and the other one's completely new to me.
