I wish to present the compiled evidence. You may quote me:
1. The South Allaince gunboat LNS Shilloh entered Vespucci, claiming to be "just looking", at about 1600 hours GST on the 17th of April.
2. The Legion Battleship HFB Silverstorm orders the LNS Shilloh to leave the system.
3. The Shilloh refuses to leave at first, so the Silverstorm attempts to fire a warning shot away from the Shilloh.
Warning shot backfires into main fusion power generator, power goes offline.
3. the LNS Shilloh leaves Vespucci, but sits outside the Jump Hole.
4. The South Alliance Battleship LNS Missouri, joined by the Shilloh, enters Vespucci and opens fire on the defenseless and disabled (OOC: afk) Silverstorm in it's own system.
5. The Missouri badly damages and nearly destroys the Silverstorm IN IT'S OWN SYSTEM, injuring several crew members. Somehow, the entire crew managed to survive the massive explosions. It is a good thing that we station escape pods in every hallway.

6. The Missouri and Shilloh raid Phoenix Shipyards, stealing valuble secret weapons plans and badly damaging one of the Shipyards.
7. All Legion ships, as well as a Asgard warriors fleet and multiple Helghast ships, move to the DEFENSE ONLY of Vespucci.
8. A Asgard Warriors Destroyer is attacked by a South Alliance ship. South Alliance assisted by a Sirius Federation ship.
And thus ends the extent of my knowlage regarding this incident.
So far, this looks to me like either a war or a double court marshalling and repayment of the Legion, as well as returning the weapons plans stolen.
Current costs:
Repair of the Silverstorm: 20 million credits.
Repair of Phoenix Shipyards: 30 million credits.
Time lost on projects: 10 million credits.
Healing of injured men and time lost from their lives: 5 million credits.
Weapons plans: Return of the plans.
Overall: 65 million credits, our Top Secret weapons plans, and a double court marshal.

2. Admiral Nusston has been demoted and reprimanded so that part of complaint has been fulfilled.

And you are those four things you have listed are going to halt hostilities? I think not my dead human Friend. It will take a lot more then that to stop us once we get Angry. After reading that full report, My suggestion is we do not leave them to apologize. This was an FLEET ADMIRAL, one of the highest ranking members of the their fleet and he broke the law's. He knew what he was doing and he was doing it with a purpose. Do NOT be deceive by their lies again HF and do what is right.

Please excuse me for interrupting, but... I am NOT AT ALL satisfied with Nusston's punishment. Yes, I'm not using his title. In my eyes at least, and I am not speaking for the Legion as a whole, he is the lowest kind of scum who does not deserve the title. In my opinion, you should court marshal him and AT LEAST demote him all the way down, though a forceful ejection from the South Alliance would be my prefered method of punishment for him. Though I would not be against execution at the hands of a firing squad either. I will present to you his crimes:
1. Attacking a defenseless and disabled ship.
2. Attacking a Legion ship during a cease-fire
3. Attacking a Legion ship in Vespucci
4. Endangering the lives of and injuring several of the crew of the HFB Silverstorm
5. Stealing, as a common thief, from the Legion
6. Attacking and damaging a Legion shipyard during a cease-fire
7. Invading Vespucci
8. Remaining in Vespucci after being told to leave
9. Attacking and killing many of the Lane Hackers in Vespucci. Cold blooded murder.
10. Mocking the Legion
11. Re-declaring war on the Legion

Until you can come to terms on who speaks for the HF these talks are moot. So far I have received, and have agreeded to, 1 proposal, which has been revoked by another HF. Plus, a Helghast has entered whose existence is questionable. Now I have 2 new proposals just increasing in foolishness. You speak of a well kept House, who speaks for HF?
