Discovery 4.83 beta 4 Release

Discovery 4.83 beta 4 is mainly a bugfix release with one new ship and some balance enhancements.

This is still a beta, and I'm looking forward to more bug reports. Thanks to server players I was able to fix dozens of bugs and errors, serious and minor, that I'd never find myself. Keep up with the good work!

What's New

- New ship:
Tiger Shark
- Stinger has less hull and reduced maneuverability.
- Damage for gunboat energy turrets increased.
- Cargo requirements for Capital Armor reduced.
- Bugs found in beta 3, serverside and clientside, fixed.
- Many infocard text corrections and amendments.

Seems stable so far, apart from that first disconnection about 5mins into the new build (was playing as Lexxian if you remember).

Only played until the time of this post, but seemed nice and stable from here.

I want to comment on the tiger shark.

While its a great looking model, the guns are placed really weird. The gun on the right wing needs to be stuck on the main part of the body or have two guns on the wings and one contred on the body.

Right now is unsymetrical and that basically takes away EVERYTHING from the ship, as everything in FL is symetrical, cept the spatial but it works for that.

Consider a re-working of this ship before the next beta/final

A question. Has the ability to get Guard tags been disabled in this Beta? Or am I just doing something wrong?
