A slight look of envy crossed her face for a moment before she let out a soft sigh.
"Most of my blades are much smaller...but then, they're also pretty sharp and some aren't normal 'straight blades' either, some have teeth, some are curved and they're all...good for poking, stabbing, and cutting into all the little nooks and crannies of the human body..."
Another playful smirk crossed her lips.
"When I -do- fail to catch somebody though...this comes in quite handy"
She hefted her old fashioned style plasma rifle up off the floor and put it on the bar table.
"I'm a real straight shot too, but I tend to go for things like shins and knees...I enjoy my blades more"
Djinn laughed playfully and pet her rifle slightly.
Saronsen laughs lightly. "I haven't done much in terms of slow and painful deaths... Well maybe once or twice, they had it coming." He grins. "I really don't need weaponry to kill someone. I could strangle someone until they're gone, or snap a neck." He shrugs, looking at his hands and flexing his fingers.
"You can almost call me an assassin. I've sneaked up on my enemies a few times, and slashed their throats. One less person shooting at me."
Saronsen crosses his arms. "I tended to play around with transports, gunboats, and hell, sometimes cruisers when I was flying my Barghest. Amazing bomber- You can take on anything slow and large yourself.. Atleast, as long as it isn't a Battleship. I would let Gunboats and Transports start to cruise, giving them some hope.. And then proceed to blow their hull wide open with some Antimatter." He grins.
"We all have our own special ways of being cruel, no?"
"I do like bombers, that's for certain...you can tear into almost anything with them, but yes, I do suppose we each have our own ways of being...playful"
She giggled slightly and finished off her current glass of water.
Saronsen looks around the bar, the remaining patrons trying to avoid eye contact. He snorts slightly. "I think we're disturbing some of the customers now." He chuckles, playing with the ice in his glass. "I guess not everyone is used to be a murderer, eh?"
He rubs his chin, smiling a bit to himself. "Strange I still find the ideas enjoyable to this day.. Maybe it isn't so strange."
Djinn smirks playfully and looks around the bar as well.
"Nothing strange about embracing a part of your natural animal instincts..."
She laughed loudly and glanced toward the barmaid, who happened to be looking at her as well, the barmaid quickly shifted her attention elsewhere, causing Djinn to laugh hysterically.
"Oh that poor, poor little girl, she's so scared!"
She laughed again, more to herself this time though.
Saronsen looks up at the ceiling for a moment, and then looks back at Djinn. "Well, I think I should return to my Jinkusu. Everyone there starts going a bit crazy when I'm not there to hold their hands." He stands and holds out his hand towards Djinn. "It was a pleasure talking to you, miss Djinn.
Saronsen returned the smile, brushing the hair out of his eyes once more. "Jasmine, then." He laughs. "Do take care out there, then. Maybe we can chat again sometime soon." He turns around, and raises his right hand for a quick wave, his other hand in his pocket. "Be seeing you."
A shuttle is seen launching, and heading off to a small, unnatural looking blot in the distance.
