An idea I had is that since Kruger is aligning itself with ALG, it would make sense for Kruger to become more friendly with the IMG as well. In my mind Kruger and ALG are the more 'progressive' Rheinland corporations who are more open to work with outsiders, while Daumann and Republican are the conservative types. So even though the IMG and Kruger haven't exactly gotten along in the past (IMG are even barred by their ID from landing on Kruger bases, which is a bit silly but...I digress) I would imagine Kruger becoming friendlier with the Independent Miners due to their mutual alliance with ALG, and also because it could give Kruger the upper hand against their chief rival, Daumann.

Idea is like the lawful factions that are secretly supporting pirates but just with trading and supporting lawfuls.
