Yeah, basically 2 hours and 40 minutes from the time hack of now. (Clicks wristwatch.)
The only downside, of course, is in the physical limiations on the server. It cannot hold as many people, and while we've done an amazing set of tweaks - this IS still temporary equipment. If we can get a few people on per side - cool. If not - the Order and BHG will still not like each other. :)
(We do RESPECT each other, of course.)

I will have my laptop with me - but we're celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend with family out of state. So good luck to all - at least I won't have to spend credits on bots/bats after getting blown up. (Positive thoughts there, eh? :))

That was a great event, fair and equal for caps, the BHG just had one fighter but we didn't gank him, instead we send one of us and they had a nice 1 vs 1. (event if he died from a BS Razor at the end, sorry for that)
I would say no more than 1 battleship, 2 battlecruisers - and then however many destroyers and gunboats you want to bring. However - I'm quite certain we're going to run into the wonderful situation again and from your experiences today, I recommend that it be official faction members only for both sides. (Obviously it'll be that for the BHG|Core, since we've never allowed indies to participate.)
Quite honestly, the way things have been going lately, I'll be quite happy if we get 5 people per side. That'll still lag the heck out of things... :)
