Okay. So a DSE repped miner, demanding ore from another.
With their friend the IMG repped Junker Salvager that can't speak English.

Should I be reporting this? It seems... I dunno, mean I guess. But it does get on my nerve when I'm trying to pirate a DSE miner, soon after they tried to do the same, only to be fired on by a muted cruiser.

And I think the miner said something about my mother.

Also, I don't want this thread to become anything more than an answer to my question.

If they are not speaking English, they ARE breaking the rules.

If they are pirating people that are the same affiliation/ID as them, they are usually breaking the rules (in this case, they are).

Personally, I'm a fan of simply (almost) never filing any sanction reports, unless the same guy were to do it day in day out.

Same I have loads and loads of never filed reports I make them and when i am finished i save it, and for some reason my insane rage fades away.

But there are some that have to be reported. Stuff ya can't RP into something and can't reason with the offenders.

Yeah, admittedly, you're right. Only sanction I ever filed was OoRPly threatening to sanction me, trying to blackmail me and insulting me...or something like that, I think.

Still, the less sankshuns the better imo;)
