Shade glanced at the man, hesitating slightly at first. Still, he was starting to get the hang of this socializing thing...
"Nope," he whispered, "take a seat. Name's Shade...a pleasure."
Shade focussed his masked face on the man, awaiting an introduction, or atleast a few words.
Shade raised his eyebrows behind his mask, surprised to see someone be so direct. Especially a human.
Then he realised the man had been wanting to say something else, and only on second thought mentioned the name "Valentine". It didn't tell him much except for the fact that the man was likely lying though, but what would one expect in an establishment like this?
"You just lack any kind of expression from your body language" Tyler studied,
He chuckled and sipped his drink left for him by the barmaid, he winked at her and threw her a seductive smile, before returning his attention to Shade.
"Life is about living you know?" He leaned back again and flipped a coin, over and over, "Cheer up man!"
"Yes," Shade whispered, slightly sharper than before, "that'd be...possible. Living? I'll postpone that until I..."
Shade paused for a moment, not finishing his sentence, until he finally continued "...I'll postpone that for now."
Shade stared at the man through his masked, studying him, until he finally whispered, "So, what's your story, and what brings you here?"
He best be careful what he told this man, he realised; didn't want any sensitive info out in the open. Still, if necessary, killing was always an option. Or abducting. Or something similar. But, that was thinking ahead, he thought, as he focussed his attention back on what appeared to be simple idle conversation.
