Maybe I'm wrong but if you have paied what the pirate requested to you there is no RP reason to destroy you, hence it should be a violation of 5.2. Anyway, you can easily check by reading the PvP rules

6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand.

Yep, I'm pretty sure you can get sanctioned for killing traders who pay. While 6.6 may not be specific about it, if a trader pays, then a pirate doesn't make another demand and kills the trader, he/she (the pirate) could be sanctioned.

If the pirate makes another non-ludicrous demand, then the trader ignores/denies it, then it should be fine(-ish). However, don't quote me on this. I'm not entirely sure.

In theory, yes you could destroy the ship of the person you had just pirated, even if they paid.

However, Pirates (for the most part) are Thieves, not Murderers.

So I would recommend that once they've paid you a reasonable amount of credits that you just let them go.

Also, rule 0.0 exists for situations such as this.
