A new high. 32%. Ridiculous. Im noticing it now, NPC's are lagging. Ill have to check tomorrow if its been fixed or not... I wonder what I can do to reduce packet loss.

Uh... Could this be the problem?

My dad who is also connected to the router on a different comp has SEVEN IE's open.

EDIT: Nope. My ping is now 191 m/s and 35% packet loss. Ughhhh.

LOL. Its definately my problem. Thanks for raising the limit, Cannon. But its client side.

I got kicked AGAIN at 40% loss.

Definitely. You and your dad (and any else online via the same router) are pumping data down the same internet pipe.

If the combined traffic saturates either the bandwidth of the internet connection, or the internal processing bandwidth of your router (many routers for the home market really don't have the internal processing power to handle the huge highspeed datastreams we need today), then something has to give = packet loss.

Tell your dad to stop browsing for internet pr0n while you are online. That might fix it:D

Nope, I closed them all down (he wasnt even home and they were open lol) and soon after I got kicked with 40% packet loss.

Its probably a whole ISP local internet thing. All three of us (me, my mom and dad) all have our own computer each connected to the same router. We can all be on at the same time and i wont lag.

Now im playing again at a lofty 21% packet loss.

EDIT: Well, now its solidified. Its definately not server side. Theres 50 flippin people online and i still have 19,32,20% LOSS! AH! I really hope its fixed tomorrow, im so close to my goal.

EDIT: Yep it was my side. Now i have a low 155 ping (100 people on server) and Zero to one percent loss. Thanks for the help cannon, I know i can be a douche sometimes.
