As far as I know last time "General Yarr" was in a "in-comfortable" position, hahaha. Maybe you should retreat your useless threats. If you think we are fearing the Blood Dragon Society you are terribly wrong.

Yarr places himself in uncomfortable situations intentionally. He does this because he makes a lot of money in the process. If one of you should happen to destroy his ship while he is in hostile territory, then so be it. But I warn you, anyone that comes looking for him is going to pay a high cost.
As far as the IMG is concerned, I know you just fine. I'm not scared one bit. What are you going to do? Enter Kusari to try and hunt us down? Use your Colonial allies to do it for you? Hitomi, as instructed, on behalf of the The Bureau (Black Dragon Society Security Service), I have deployed agents to discover the whereabouts of Captain Geovannii. It won't take long. Counter measures will soon be put in place, via third parties if necessary, to ensure he is dealt with appropriately.
Per your suggestion, in the mean time, General Yarr will be apportioned extra discrete security cover as and when required.
As for Eva Gunter, let her continue to believe us to be Blood Dragons! she may well even kill a few of them through her misguided associations!
Oh, and in the mean time, I've put the word out on the streets that if anyone so much as touches the Generals shirtsleeves for a bounty, they'll become part of our Total Discrimination Policy.

To: Recipients of bounty message concerning General Yarr
I'd like to remind you all that as Kusari citizens, any member of the Black Dragon Society is protected under Kusari law. Attacking, much less attempting to murder, a citizen of Kusari on the orders of a foreigner is far from legal. Rather, attempting to claim this bounty is equivalent to signing yourself a death warrant should you enter Kusari a second time, provided you escape the first attempt.
"General" is also not a nickname, but a title. I would expect that the Naval Forces would be most displeased if someone tried to kill such a figure. Given previous tensions between the Empire and the Bounty Hunters Guild, I would say that should a member of said guild attempt to claim this bounty we would not have to retaliate, as he would be executed by his own in order to prevent further tensions.
Sirius is a big place. There are plenty of ways to make money that do not involve making yourself such a powerful enemy as House Kusari. Go find them.
Got the bastard for ya. Found him without much trouble, and though I got roughed up a bit by his friend, I got him. Just in time, too, I must've hit an ion pocket or something and my systems popped off for a minute. He must've called for backup before he popped, since I came back to a couple angry hogs... but I got him nonetheless. Checks payable to "Bloody.Sunrise".
