- Lawyer Fieldman is representing Baracuu on this case, he has been a civil lawyer for quite some time, and won many cases. He ego matches the amount he requires to use his services. He gets his papers in line. And begins....-

Fieldman: Greetings everyone, Judge (Name plox) I would like to say this was a happy meeting but when has there been one in a court room?

*crowd chuckles*

Fieldman: Right jokes aside this is a very serious case, Baracuu has been victim of a horrible accident. One that the Defendant, or should I say Defendants are responsible for, and to mention concerns the interests of the Zoners, on the Bethlehem Station. Too the point, Baracuu is suing Vandread, and Nutshell for 10,000,000 for destruction of Baracuu vessel. Who was not apart of the drama that was occurring outside the base within the No Fire Zone, but still recieved the maxium punishment from it. Being shot down and nearly dying by the Bounty Hunters Gunship "Nutshell," Which was hired by Vandread. Now, while Baracuu was taken to ER the Zoners were left to clean the wreckage.

Now, If you know anything about Zoner Laws, No fire Zone means no fire within 5k of the base. Clearly there was much exchange of fire at the time of this accident. For the record, Nutshell, Arsenic, Zien Yacht, Ketzel, Vandread, LSF Wrecker, and ZoE Kashiwaba Tomoe were apart of this incident.

These people clearly violated the Zoner Laws, which will result fault for the destruction of Baracuu vessel,
