Am I allowed to put a samura ID on my adv train and trade in omegas? I go from okinawa to omega 49 and back. Thoughts please.

Okinawa isn't Kusari space, its GMG / Kishiro space.
Kishiro and Samura are rivals when you boil it all down.
Samura doesn't really export Plutonium.
You can do it with Kishiro ID, but that's a fairly perilous flight to take.

Only DSE and Ageira can transport them.

Legally.

Edit: Ageira entrusts the tech to DSE, for transportation, in RP. THey wouldn't just give it to any old COMPETITOR.

I never saw their decree anywhere. Besides, Kishiro| as a faction paid for their rights to transport the gate / lane parts to Ageira.
If there is any edict issued by Ageira, I'ld love to see that link tho.

Mmkay, well as far as Forum roleplay goes, I'm sure you guys know more than me. So, I stand corrected.

I was going off the fact that only the DSE and Ageira ID's say the following:
'Can lawfully transport Gate/Lane parts,'

and the Wiki note:
'Transporting gate/lane parts is not sanctionable if your ID does not say you can lawfully do so. It just means that there may be in-character consequences if you are not lawfully allowed. '

But yeah, if Kishiro paid for it, I retract my previous statements.
