I think the second question is a no brainer, since it's quite human. The interesting thing is that how much YOU would be ready to sacrifice to gain that uber-pvp skills in terms of friends and how people perceive you. How much you crave for that?

And by fantasizing I mean not the occasional idle thought like "it would be nice to be able to kick everyone's ass." I mean a bit more serious than that. Like really, really wanting it like a new graphics card or what would you do if you got million dollars category of fantazising.

And no. It's firmly in the realm of wild fantasy and outright in propaganda minister Ali's arena that any uber pvpers in ANY online shooter can be also really nice guys, so even before you start lying about it I have stunted your attempts! So that's why the first question is as it is.

#1 - I would have picked the first one if it didn't mean I personally as a player would be a total jerk. So thus I picked the one that I believe reflects me the most. Have no frickin' clue if people like me, was more concentrated on the level of your RP and PvP skills. - Mediocre RPer and PVPer, (but you are a good guy and people like you.)

#2 - Have I ever thought about it? Sure. - Yes.

#3 - In all honesty its first about how you are as a person, not being an egoistical, self-righteous jackass is on the top of that list. But if I had to chose only between RP and PvP I would pick. - PvP.

There, honest as honest can be. =)

In my humble opinion, conflict should always be a part of your imagination on this server.
Why? Because its more realistic. And immersion is important for roleplay.

I don't even like to think about separating PVP from RP, they are both complementary.

I am an ass that knows how to rp. so i voted 1. I dont really care what majority thinks about me. I know that if I do thinks like I know best there will be people that agree. That's all thats important. Do not bend as wind changes to get "likes"

I dont fantasize about those things. Ench will never be beaten

I respect people with PVP skills. I actually love cooperating with people that love to pirate but dont mind medicore rp. They come with me for the pvp, I come with them for protection. its a mutual benefit

Because after all, we are just here to have agood time, and a big part of that is getting along with the other people here.

#2. Yes.

Because it is in human nature to win and be the best at everything we do, its how our ancestors survived and is one of humanity's most important traits.

#3. RP skills.

Because i spend the large percentage of my time RPing or just travelling around hoping to meet people to RP and chat with. When some '1337 PvP-er' comes along and tries to disrupt a conversation i am having or a journey i am on, it does not shine them in a good light. Also, i hate arrogant, annoying PvPwhores who will 'raid' a populated system every 4 hours just to get some blue messages.

You raise good points there Joe and yes it is flawed, but at the same time we must generalize because if we don't, it will be an individual question and then everyone could just as easily write a whole summary about themselves.

So as much as it is flawed, I can still find some truths in it. Regardless, I answered based on the limits of the poll itself.

I know it's flawed since I do know people who excel at pvp, are good RPers and are nice guys.

But having a poll with that combo would result in a totally irrelevant poll. Master ace at pvp AND RP AND being a nice guy would get 100% of votes. It's about trying to get a slim measure what people value here in others and what they would like to be themselves. Hence the before mentioned little disclosure I wrote in the first post;)

And indeed sometimes (mostly) RP = gunfire
