I am new to this community, and new to Freelancer online playing, Lets just say I am a late bloomer!
Now perhaps I am out of line, and if so then I apologise. But I do not understand why there seem to be so much moaning and whingeing about various aspects of the game play and the way the Server is run. I mean from my point of view I think that the people who maintain this forum and the server should be applauded not derided as I have seen sometimes.

Obeying simple rules like no OOC chat in-game should not be a debatable topic, and the list of useless debates could be pages long.

People have obviously worked long and hard, and given up much of their time for our enjoyment, not following the obvious rules is showing their commitment a certain lack of respect.
Again if this has offended anybody that was not the intent, my intent was to say thank you for all of the hard work that has gone into making the Discovery Community a brilliant crucible for Freelancing.

So thank you to everybody who work hard and made my days a little bit brighter.

You are a rare, wise man with perspective the likes of which everyone around here could do with.

Dude.
You just beat Chuck Norris's cool point high score.

So after taking a break for about a year I've decided to get back in to Disco. So yeah.
