As of 1200 hours on 12/26/817, The Council of Ministers will hand control of the Capitol Ship Registration over to the 101st Ghost of Razgriz to administer.
They will be enforcing & administrating our Capitol Ship policies & protocol.
All current registered ships will remain as such & carried over into the new registration, How ever, they will be reviewed by 101st command for current status.

Administrator Jameson of the Ghosts of Razgriz will be transmitting instructions for registration of Outcast Capitol Ships soon.
