You can freaking kite battleships with these forward-gun cruisers. Add in a light mortar and you can fire the damn things together. Kagutsuchis are amazing in that manner. But they handle like Corsair GBs, so they already are able to kite anything.
Seriously, this gun has its strengths. And if you got good aim, you can use it on cruisers.
But we do need crosshairs. The cockpit from the Bretonian LF works very nicely, actually.

I am pretty sure they cannot attack salvagers because it is a transport... with nice guns.
Waaaaayyyyy back in the day I used a sharpie to make a dot for the aim point with it. You can wipe it off with a wet thump when you are done flying it.
