I'm pulling the logs of the incident now from my Revolution bomber's data recorder. The intruder in question was identified mid-chase as a Phantom, and was flying a Red Dragon heavy fighter. It is believed the Phantom entered from the Omega 5 jump hole, then proceeded into the system from there. It was successfully halted and engaged in the Siberian Field, as it searched for classified revolutionary assets.

These are all trade ships. Remember, we are guests there. Do NOT violate their laws for I will not be able to get you out of trouble. I have worked hard to earn their trust and we still have more to earn. Remember:
-Do not explore their system. Trade or pass through the system but don't wander.
-If you are asked to stop for a scan, listen to them and please, don't try smuggling through their system.
-NO fighter/bomber escorts. If you don't know your way through, my diplomatic yacht, [TAZ]Ambassador's.Ark, is stationed at Boa Vista Station in Omega 50. Commander Schmidt knows the way and will escort you.
-Do not buy Coalition weapons.
-If any Revolutionaries are present, ask for docking clearance. Remember, they are looking for tobacco. I'm not sure what else they need but we'll deliver other materials as we get them.
-If you do violate their laws, you will be subject to their justice and I've heard that Coalition Gulags are pretty brutal. There will be most likely little I can do to help you and it may reflect on the rest of us so please be careful.
I do have some new personnel so I will hold of on their names for now until they are more up to snuff.
Lastly, I want to thank the SCRA for working with us. It is an honor for us and I will continue to work for your trust. I know you all want tobacco and wine, the latter of which is tough to get as it is controlled by the Gallic Royals who do not like me so we'll do our best. Once I dock my transport their, I will get a better idea of other things that you seek. You also make some damned good vodka so I usually like to leave with a couple of cases when I'm around. Any questions or concerned, always feel free to ask.
Today was a glorious victory for the Red Dawn, and a lesson to the Corsairs of Omega 5 not to mess with the Coalition's glorious fighters.
As I was off in the Saratov visiting our Hessian comrades, Lieutenant Commander Lanakov was alerted by the defensive fleet of a freelancer in the home system. After ascertaining that the interloper was of no harm, he escorted the freelancer out of the system and made it known that the Coalition would not indulge him again. Comrade Lanakov then went on a sweep of the Omega systems in an anti-piracy raid.
During this raid, he came across two gunboat-class ships of Kusari origin pirating the lanes in Omega 3. Exercising good judgement, Lanakov endured the barbs slung by the pirates and alerted me to their presence. I flew back from Freital to Mykolaiv for a re-armament of the Saratov to anti-capital ship setup, and Lanakov switched to his Revolution bomber. Sadly, by the time this took place, both pirates left the vicinity. It is my belief that they docked on the Freeport, further implicating Zoners as harboring fugitives.
It was then that the odd Harvester-74 joined Lanakov and the re-armed Saratov, at which point it was decided to sweep the omegas of pirates for the civilians travelling the lanes. As the armada set off to protect the people, we were intercepted by a Corsair gunboat and Titan. They were later re-enforced by a Praetorian, and tried to assert their authority by demanding the Coalition forces leave their systems.
This display of bravado didn't go over well with me or my comrades, who tried in vain to let the Corsairs off easy by seeing them run away, which they did not. Oddly, the Praetorian MadFan decided to shoot first, firing on comrade Lanakov's Revolution, initiating combat. It didn't last long as the gunboat Ell Morro was the first to be terminated by the combine might of Battle Razors and SNAC anti-matter. A great shot by Lanakov's bomber took down the Imperator.
The next to fall was the Titan Gregorio_Chavez to the guns of Harvester-74. After terminating these two targets, the bomber was left flitting around the asteroids. Unfortunately comrade Lanakov was weakened from an earlier engagement, and succumbed to a lucky SNAC shot by the Corsair. After tractoring in his escape pod, the Harvester and I engaged the bomber.
The Praetorian targeted my Storm, and I was lucky a couple of times, but through our combined efforts the bomber finally went down.
The Harvester and myself proceeded back to Omega-52 to get Lanakov to the med-bay and the Saratov to repair dock. A good day for the Revolution indeed.
It seems that this Ell-Morro has become a serious threat to our operations by targeting our vessels, staging out of Zoner bases in O-49 and surrounding Freeports, watching long range sensors for our vessels and attacking them.
I was similarly attacked in O-49 while engaging the Joker in single combat.
Three Imperator class gunboats led by Ell-Morro struck hard and fast falling upon us forcing the Joker and I to break off our engagement and switch targets to the Corsairs.
The vessels were : Ell-Morro, Ell-Torro and LOST-Shaman.
The Joker destroyed Ell-Morro first, while the Social Credit dispatched the last two gunboats.
I must make a demand, of the Coalition High Command on behalf of the families of the crew members I lost in this fight.
How long must we suffer Corsair guns being polished by Council of Zoner hands? Watching their ships be rearmed on our very door step? Watching our string of coffins coming home because of this pact of contrition that the CoZ have signed into?
Omega-49 isnt safe, nay, it is positively dangerous, to use our own back door.
Zoner neutrality ended when they resupply and rebuilt this Corsair Gunboats for operations against us. I know most of the Zoners we work with wont tolerate this, there is only one person that would the Dictator of the Council, working to appease those that seek our destruction.
The neutrality of Omega-49 should be recinded and troops prepared!

Comrade, a small question about your latest engagement. This Harvester, I have encountered him before, in several situations where he immediately opened fire on the soldiers of the revolution, including me. Did he join your sweep as soon as he spotted you, or did he request to join you after you met? Also, please give a layout of his weapons systems and ship class, including armour. We're building a database on such ambiguous sightings.

To get straight to it, the Harvester has been given a visa and allowed into the Home System by several other units of the Defense fleet, the names of which I do not have in front of me at the moment, but will get on it with haste.
According to Lieutenant Commander Lanakov, the Harvester is nick-named "Viatchislav" and in my experience with it seems to have developed a personality. If a machine could snicker or take pride in killing the enemy of the Coalition, this one did.
The Harvester joined the flotilla after the intruder "Ell Morro" was seen entering, and then exiting the Home System. It was invited by Lt. Cmdr. Lanakov and myself to join in a pirate-sweep of the Omegas as I wanted to evaluate the ship I'd heard about from other officers. It performed admirably. If the Harvester had not been in the conflict, I fear the Saratov could have been a loss.
Currently, the Harvester has taken over an Imperator-class Corsair gunboat. It has six Corsair turrets and two Gunboat BattleRazors at last inspection. I did not, however, get a chance to scan the armor numbers or class of the ship, but I can assume it's at least Cap4 or better.
The ship then escorted the Saratov into the Home System, but when informed I was headed to Mykolaiv, it said it was not allowed into the vicinity of the Research Station, and made for Zhukovsky instead.
It is my belief, having encountered the Harvester now twice, that it is friendly to our cause and possibly an asset to be studied and exploited. It has assisted Coalition forces on numerous engagements and followed orders given by Coalition forces without hesitation.

Good to hear from you as well comrade, it's been a long while. If this harvester has a visa, he's obviously trusted by someone more important than you or I, so I'll let the matter rest. Your assistance has been appreciated.
Now, to my comrades of the Recon wing. I'd like an update as to your status and location.

I have included below a segment of one of my earlier reports that gives a conclusion of the Revolution's preliminary contact with Harvester 74. The entirety of my report on the defensive organisation of the Omicron 91, 94, 93 and 96 systems in report #1035).

Eventually one of the nukes must have hit something important because he exploded. Miguel followed him soon after when he flew into one of his own Nova Torpedoes.
This left the dysfunctional toaster and the HAF bomber pilot, who failed to hit me, while I failed to do much against his hull. This was the way for a long time, until the HAF pilot retreated back to Omega 5. Which left the toaster, which was sulking to itself a short distance from the Omega 5 Scrap Field. I tried to talk to it, where it turned out that the Harvester had created an almost human division of it's personality so it could learn to hate humans better. This sub-personality then somehow managed to suppress the main Harvester program and take control of the ship.
I managed to upload the "Heroes of the Revolution" module to it, to inform it of the Coalition and our goals. This seemed to influence it somewhat. At this point comrade Aliabiev arrived. Over time, I managed to convince it to trust me, to the point that it would agree to allow our scientists to study it. I told it we could establish a two-way data-link that would allow us to understand the way it works. I'm sure our scientists would appreciate being able to study it, even if it was just so they could have a look at a completely intact non-battle damaged Corsair gunboat. We could also stand to learn a lot about AI programming.
After this, I watched and waited until it left the system. It told me to contact Harvester_72 in the future, and inform my superiors of the day's events. The personality that had taken over the Harvester seemed to be tolerant of our goals, and have a dislike for the Corsairs. After this I returned back to Zvezdny.
Now, comrade-Captain, as one of your subordinates of the recon wing, I'll sign off now. My scout Partisan is currently stationed on the Rhienlandic/Libertonian battlefront with the Bundsuchuh, although I have been given a secure link with Order| operatives, and will be relocated to the deep Omicrons immanently. From there I will proceed to source valuable information for Op. UMBRELLA with assistance from an Order| guide.

Liberty Police Forces have raided several "Safehouses" within Texas and California, the LRF has to go underground for a few days to wait out the raids, this unfortunately means that LRF will only be able to provide limited aid in SCRA operations within Liberty Space.
I must go now, we are evacuating this Safehouse before any S.W.A.T can arrive, i will make another contact once the area of operations has cooled down enough to continue operations.
This concern was forwarded to my desk, and I should clarify who authourized the visa for Harvester_74 and the safty precautions that are in place to ensure that it doesn't turn on us.
The visa was authourized by Commodore Yuri Striatov on Lt. Quintillia's recommendation. Both myself and Commander Bethune were made aware of this descision.
The Visa was confirmed after lengthy investigations by Lt. Quintillia into this machine's nature and potential. The vessel itself is undergoing extensive study to provide us with the latest information on the Imperator class gunboat, valuable lessons we have learned from this already.
However several key restrictions have been placed on the Harvester's operations, it is restricted from flying anywhere near to our research station or classified operations. Once in port it is powered down, and our inspection crews are permitted aboard to sweep the vessel stem to stern.
Also, standing by, are a team of EMP trained anti-AI marines, under Lt. Quintillia's command whose orders are to terminate the ship if it poses any kind of threat. Similarly Lt. Quintillia is personally responsible for the actions of this Harvester, and must exercise prudent judgement on the continued viability of our 'arrangement' with this machine.
I have come to trust Lt. Quintillia's judgement on these matters, however I would advise additional safty measures be taken such as a remote detonation device placed aboard the ship that will, should there be any problems, allow us to instantly terminate the machine.
