Howdy Captain Duke, I am Captain Cabulb of the (]c[)AngelWing. I would like to confirm your claims about the NFZ violator Crazy.
I too, have recently encountered this eccentric individual, who tried to "tax" the AngelWing - a Corvo class cruiser. I dare say, that encounter was rather... amusing. Luckily for him, I have never been an aggressive person and chose to explain why I could not pay him. He is, in my opinion, either an amateur or idiot.
My ship is currently enforcing the NFZ of Freeport 9. To everyone reading this message, do not take Crazy lightly, for he is a nonsensual and dangerous individual with a rather powerful gunboat.

I am truly disappointed in the protection that freeports
<strike>offer</strike> used to offer. A while ago i undocked from
freeport 11, and immediatly a Ship under the callsign, Shade
Demanded 7 units of my cargo, all of which was bound for
planet gran canarie. After we exchanged several transmission,
most of his threats, he fired several shots at me. After that I
was convinced that the freeport no longer offered its protection
towards order cargo ships, and I fled to yaren base where I
hoped to find refuge amongst True allies, unfortunatly Shade
destroyed our ship right outside yarren. This guy Shade also
attempted to bribe me in exchange for nuclear warheads a
while ago and I believe he is insane and dangerous. Attached
below is a record of him threatening to attack me inside the
NFZ.
