Mercs/FL's VS Sails| Event

Where: Omicron Eta
What: Small dogfight, nothing crazy
Why: Because I'm bored
Who: Sails| tagged Corsairs VS. Lawfuls Mercs/FLs


Background:
Basically, an independent trade ship called the Syracuse was pirated by the Black Sails (Sails|), who wanted the cargo on that ship which contained luxury food. But the Sails| had to board the ship and get the cargo, and before they could, the crew of the ship locked the cargo bay, so the Sails| took the crew for interrogation/torture till they opened the cargo bay. Unfortunately for them, one of the crew members of the ship managed to sent out a transmission to all lawful Mercenaries and Freelancers, saying that their rescue will be rewarded with 40 Million Credits. Obviously, quite a few mercs will be involved.

Whats gonna happen:
Basically, the mercs'FL's will show up and look around for the Sails| ships in Eta, and when they find them, there will about 10-15 minutes of RP/taunting, and then a small dogfight. The crew that is being interrogated will be in a corsair transport ship.

Merc/FL objectives:
1. Rescue the crew (just demand them)
2. Destroy all Sails| tagged ships
3. DO NOT DESTROY THE TRANSPORT SHIP CONTAINING THE CREW because then you've killed them and you won't get your 40 Million Credits.

Sails|/Corsair objectives:
1. Keep the interrogation transport safe
2. Destroy mercs/FL's
3. If all else fails, sundive (you don't want the mercs getting that 40 Million).

Expected Outcome:
Yes, this is gonna be planned out because I don't have 40 Million Credits to give away.

The expected outcome will be the merc/FL failure, if the merc/FL ships are all destroyed, then the Sails| kill the crew of the independent trade ship and continue on with their piracy.

If the mercs/FLs kill all the Sails| ships except for the transport ship, then the transport ships sundives (its on autopilot so no corsairs die). The Mercs/FL's can try and stop it, but they can't destroy the ship themselves soo....yeah, they fail.

I have a freelancer in a VHF that could be in ths but i dont know if my cerent weapon set up would be afective in PVP.
