Actually, there are several people here that would have enough to buy this ship. Not just the IND. As of May,22,09. just before the player ranking link was terminated. There were 73 players with wealth over 1 Billion Sirius Credits.
I dont think it should be a ship available to every player, if it were, it would loose it's rp value as being something special. If everyone has one, it is not special in the slightest.

And that was before mining. When we had the database problem yesterday, one person complained they had lost the money they made yesterday. How much was it? 500 million credits. He could have afforded this ship with one days work.

I would say make it public - for serious RP'ers. You need to make a RP Bio of that ship and the purpose of it.

Also, I will recommend this ship to be 375 mill. I was thinking of it and i think this is a good price for it. More expensive than a Geb.

I actually remembered the thread about IND ships when I wrote what I did... but, seeing as I'm not in the IND, well... I didn't mention it. Yes, but I'd say it's beautifully sporty enough to fit the IND. Although, that's a pity in itself, as that now means I'll never be able to own it, even if the pricetag is the only restriction on it. Pity.

Think about it....
Who decides which bios qualify? The admins, who already have too much on their plates? I have my doubts.
Solving the lolwutter question would be simple - don't give the ship any gameplay advantages and price it high.
Price it at 375 mil and don't make it uber and it will be rare enough.
