The LSF has already investigated claims that the Liberty Navy is corrupt and has found no substantial evidence to incriminate Admiral David Hale or any of his subordinates. Officer Ryan Mactavish's attempt to defend the civilians during this incident demonstrates the continued loyalty and dedication to justice of the officers of the Liberty Navy.
