But this isn't about previous threads ... I'm ACTUALLY trying to do something positive and constructive here for a change. I've received some good inputs from those who are actually interested in this thread. I'm even considering listening to n00bl3t for a change ... don't know why ... but at least I'm considering his input to this.
This isn't going to produce anything positive. Matters such as these are not yours to decide, the only people who get to decide whether another player's role play is acceptable or not is the admins. Not you, not even me by myself can do that.

I'm not making decisions here, Virus. This is about etiquette ... not rules. This is a general feeling that people have towards some who just don't care about others.
We read ... on a daily basis ... how people are frustrated with the LOLWUTers. This thread is meant to get people to think about their role play ... and maybe expand on it. To get people to think about someone elses role play as being just as important as theirs.
Heck ... in the 2+ years I've been here at Discovery I've learned a great deal. I've toned down my aggressiveness (at least in-game) ... and lowered my demands as a pirate ... and began to accept that my ship getting destroyed now and then is ok. But if people don't understand that there's more out there in role-play land than their own ego ... then there's no course for us but to simply say ... "to heck with it all" ... snap the screenshot and file yet another report. If we can get people to recognize there's other people out there who wanna enjoy role play ... what's the harm in getting people to better themselves.
Please note that my original post has been modified at least half a dozen times since I posted it. I've made changes based on what the community (so far) has provided me. There's only 2 or 3 of you here that are opposed to this ... how about giving it a trial run before passing judgment?
you forgot: the use of bounties to forgo RP and go directly into the pewpew (against the rules to skip the rp and start pewpewing, but its been happening lately. ENGAJUN!)

We have all been the LOLWUTer at some point ... I know I was when I first got here. Yes ... I used to park next to The Ring and pirate traders coming out of Planet New Berlin ... that was me being a LOLWUT.
Its not being a LOLWUT ... its acting like one that I want people to recognize. This is about "Being Excellent" to one another.
