Seriously... all those SCRA following their traditions at the Hispania, i can barely understand that, but i can live with the fact of the history behind it...ok...
but what's with the Taunting and then we are not here to fight, and always cowarding even when i insist that i will face them alone, even worst when being chased using the Freeport at Tau 37 to hide, and stay outside taunting.

Can somebody tell me where some of your pilots forgott their RP, when most people around Malta dont even know nothing about the Coalition, and your pilots instead of showing the proper RP of the situation, NO!!, they tend more to do like the sairs and taunt the Outcasts, and then run..

I can deal with one Sair or BH that comes to Malta and shoots some words but 99% of the time, they always end up fighting and showing some courage, but the general idea around Malta this moment is SCRA="running chickens", (excuse me for these words.)

Omicron Alpha, Gamma and New York are places the SCRA shouldn't hand around for too long.

If they engage in a fight, they are bound to be overwhelmed very quickly, they muct use guerilla tactics to survive, and tactical advantage to win.

Not brute force.

So, Just wondering, has the SCRA's policy toward civilians and House Militaries changed? See, I thought the SCRA didn't attack Civilians and did target house militaries, so imagine my surprise when the SCRA helped the BAF attack a Samura trade convoy. So, If you policy has changed, fine and dandy, I guess I will expect to see the SCRA not attacking the BAF, and instead working with them against Samura. So, has your policy changed?

No, we do not support the BAF against Samura.

What we do, however, is protect the Molly interests in their gold fields when we see enemy combatants stealing their livelihood.

What we do, however, is seek out war profiteers and eliminate them if possible when caught taking what is rightfully our partners in the fight against the government of Bretonia.

Believe me, if we would have taken out that convoy, our guns would have fired on the BAF very shortly afterward, mostly with a "And now dandies, Samura has been denied the Molly's Gold, so shall you and your queen" or something along those lines.

There's quite the difference between civilian transports, and corporate transports, especially corporate transports bearing the Samura name. Samura, which is very heavily tied to the Kusari government. Kusari, where we have operations against said government.

So yes, we had plenty of reason to attack you all. Nothing personal, just RP.

Quote: Pilot carrying this ID is in the Coalition, who

Can attack any pirate, terrorist and lawful targets throughout Sirius.

Can demand cardamine or slaves, levy fines and destroy ships if they refuse to comply

Can destroy any vessel entering Omega 52 in any class of vessel

Cannot ally with any Sirius factions except: Council, Maquis, Rheinland unlawfuls, The Order,

Cannot trade and cannot escort traders,

Can only engage traders or smugglers who are carrying cardamine, slaves, or entering Omega 52

Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships, Prison Liners.

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime. Using player faction IDs is not allowed for players who are not members of the SCRA faction and for players who were expelled from the SCRA. In Coalition faction ID rules get YOU.

So I have highlighted the relevant parts of the SCRA ID, as they pertain to this discussion.

First point, your ID says you are not allowed to ally with the Mollies, but you are protecting their interests?

Second point, Samura are not traders now? Or were we carrying Cardimine, Slaves or entering O52? I dont think so.

So basically your last response is that you are going to ignore what your ID says, and jump on the beat up on Samura bandwagon?

1. we were not allied with the BAF

My plan was to CD you and let them fall upon you
not allied but playing two enemies off against one another. At no time were the BAF aware I was using them.

2. You are stealing from common hard working people. This is an oversight of the fact that mining is new, not an oversight on the IDs themselves that were created BEFORE this mining issue became... well... an issue.

Stop your wining. I CDed you, and shot my trip Ion cannons once at a Mafic, if I caught someone else then I caught someone else. I didn't fire again, though I was more than capable of it.

Also I clearly let you go once the BAF were ontop of you.

So quit your whinging, deal with the fact that you panicked and ran off to another system.

And yeah, if you want me on that bandwagon, I'd gladly do so. But since CDing your transport and accidentally stripping one transport shields isn't really beating you up... I guess I'll have to wait for next time.

Let me make one thing clear, the shield shot was not deliberate, it was aimed at another target. I am sorry that it occoured. My plan was simply to CD and then focus on the escorts. I did cease all fire the moment the transport was hit for this reason.

Totally appropriate way to deal with feedback, thanks.

Wow you guys have a water cooler? are you sure? Last I heard, the only good gossip you had going was Which Milkman jumped Grandma Alverez's back fence last week.

Glad we can give you something to talk about. And if you want a clean fight, then come get one.

While I wasn't there, I can understand both sides of the argument. It makes sense in RP for the SCRA to attack corporate, capitalist entities, like Samura, especially if they are robbing the Mollies, who, I assume the SCRA have now made an alliance of convenience with. Unless, of course, it is in your RP to influence every single player pirate faction in Sirius to become Communists and gain limited access to your equipment(which is fine too, since its what the Soviets did, not trying to take a stab at you here).

But, what I see here isn't confusion about an ID, but rather, a decision made after deliberating whether to wait for the ID to be updated or to just continue as planned. And, it seems like the SCRA seems to have jumped ship and gone with the plan instead of the ID.

While I agree with your RP, I disagree with what you have done. When the Bretonian Buccaneers appeared out of the blue and claimed that they've had a centuries old rivalry with the Mollys that none of the Mollys knew about(including the faction leader), and proceeded to blow us up, you can imagine our surprise and indignation.

Similar situation here, albeit not exactly the same.

What I suggest here is both parties concede a little for the benefit of RP.

The SCRA was justified in attacking Samura based on their RP. But, they should have given some kind of warning to the server ahead of time. While in the real world, people would be getting this kind of intel readily, this is a game, and this doesn't happen. For instance, an OORP announcement in General Discussions or an RP announcement in some kind of broadcast would have been nice.

Here, based on information from the ID and your faction status' diplomacy section:

Quote:Diplomacy

The Coalition is mostly in the habit of shooting anyone they come across in the Sirius Sector, as 90% of them are hostile to our cause. Below are some exceptions...

Friendly:
Bundschuh
LWB
Red Hessians
Unioners

Neutral:
Civilians (NOT Including Tagged/ID'd Transports of Hostile Factions)
IMG (Including Colonials)
The Order
The Phantom Empire
The Molly Republic

Other players were taken by complete surprise.

So, shake hands, lose the attitude, and play the game.
