No offense, Serpentis, but really - have you took a look at the current Carrier ? I find some of the homeworld ships better looking than it.

And to be honest, yes, very briefly tough tesch, but, yes I agree it could need an replacement, but I just think some other ships require attention more then Liberty ships.

Nope , even if it has an open hangar bay the ship has a shield that is surrounding it so you have to break the shield first to get into the hangar bay. In RP lets say that the invisible shield is protecting the whole ship + the hangar bay.
For example there is a ship from Star Wars Episode 3 in the intro, the hangar bay is open and has a blue shield.

I agree, stop complaining about its flaws make it look pretty (Dreadnought color) the carrier liberty has now is blocky, ugly, and has terrible turret placement

Yeah, that is a problem with this one too, lack of places to put turrets... at the moment I can only get 4 to fire backwards... I'm working on changing that.

Perhaps give it some cruiser slots then? Cruiser solaris have about the same range as bs solaris (only 50m less) And cruiser guns would be nice. close in guns etc...

Not to mention the IRP crap-ton of AA guns around the hanger.

well the turret placement isn't that big of a prioty sence the dreadnought will always be better then the carrier most likely. as long as it looks better then the current one i will still love it:D
