-IRA (Internal Revenue Affairs) is in charged maintaining and directing the all federal programs and military budgets. With giving ultimate power to dictate the money often the bureaucrats in the Navy have their hands not only in the pockets of the IRA under the table but in public view. Nothing has been done, few seem to understand what this means. Beginning of June 817AS the 122nd Northern Fleet also known as "Reeds Fleet,' "Colorado Rangers," had increased its spending budget massively. It wouldn't be unusual to IRA during the war, but special attention was heeded by the request of the Naval High Command. With the quote "For whatever resources they are wasting on backwater fleets, should be put to the front lines," IRA immediately goes to work. As following in real data.-

Jarid access the audit papers of the last year to date. Skimming through to the important data.

"Expenses for new axillary vessels Gunboat class: 480,000,000cr.

Expenses for new axillary vessels Bomber class: 1,200,000,000cr.

Expenses for new axillary vessels Fighter class: 300,000,000cr.

Orders received and transferred from Juneau Shipyard

Donations from the Zien Corporations, and OLF (Ontario Liberty Foundation) "

Civilians donating to the 122nd? Especially without the Federal Taxes! Not enough to put for a Naval High Command but I am sure we can press the locales of Colorado System to pay back the taxes in time. By the estimate the 122nd has expanded their fleets from 100 vessels to around 140, all stationed on Denver. Or at least should be. But in the last Navy Review (Showing off Liberty Fleet size) they had only the original 113 vessels present. This purchase and transfers was 3 months before the review. Extortion? Did they really receive the ships? The order report from Juneau looks real enough, and all ships are accounted for. Command Shaw Reed where is your new fleet?

-
The auditor proceeds to investigate further. Commander Reed of the 122nd Northern Fleet had indeed mobilized his "New Fleet," where has been a mystery but yet a unnoticeable concern with High command at this time. The fact that Zien Corporation and OLF funded this expansion only shows the political backing which is a forbidden relationship. One that will prove to be a forgotten reality.-
