We have decided to refund to people who have lost money when using /restart.
If the following situation happened to you:
1. You created a new character
2. You sent lots of money to the new character
3. You typed /restart <faction> and then discovered that /restart includes restarting the money too...
then apply by sending me a PM with the following information:
1. The character name.
2. The approximate date.
3. The amount of money.
Fraudulent applications will make me and the fraudster sad. Also please note that this does not constitute general policy of refunding money for various misadventures. It applies only to this situation.

Good for those who will get refunds, but isnt it kinda strange that You are refunding money to those who lost them by their own fault, and not refunding those who lost money in strange 'server issues' thing ?

Hmm, great. I spend a lot of more time to get all those items and find buyers for them. Now it is impossible to repeat it again in such short time. But hey, thanks for answering...
PS. and please believe me I wouldnt bother You if it was 50 mil, but 500 is 'small' difference dont You think Sir? I really appreciate Administrators work, and I respect that You are doing all this for free. But please, respect also second side. I lost those credits not by my fault, and it wont take much time for You to refund it. I would be grateful if You could reconsider all this.
