Right, listen up. The CO of this registry has already denied your ship name twice, as will I. The name you want is ridiculous, and the Liberty Navy will not let one of its vessels fly that name.

Your vessel is already grounded for past problems, until you rename your ship and explain why is is difficult for you to obey direct orders from the primary fleet and high ranks secondary fleet member, you will not be allowed in space.

You have no one else, other than yourself, to blame for this. You know what you have to do to be put on the list. If you don't, it is simple, you will not be part of the Secondary Fleet.

ok one thing im annoyed at i was warned to be reported to the admiral for engaging pirates along side navy officers. it apparently made the fight unfair, ok look at it this way an admiral orders a siege cruiser to hold his fire on pirates because it will make the fight unfair this will endanger the lives of the fighters even more so and all this to me looks more like PvP in New York which is the most OORP thing i have seen in ages.

Hmmm...it seems as if the captain of the proposed vessel is not getting the big picture. You will not be receiving a vessel, and are denined to fly any other vessel with that name. You ship is now preeminently grounded, use of this ship is illegal unless given permission by a command members of the Primary Fleet, or Jimmy Patterson himself.

I would like to ask you to delete the LNS-Honolulu Assault Battlecruiser from the list. Ship has been sold to the Primary Fleet for refit and upgrades. It is no longer viable to fly under Independent ship flag.
