Captain's log entry 1042- Helen Den's entry 1

This is Captain Helen Den, date September 27th, 820 A.S. We're heading for a routine border patrol in the north of Liberty. Current path is set and consists of 12 primary way points and 108 secondary ones.

This is my first mission as commanding officer of this ship. I've only worked with a few of the men in the past, mostly the fighter pilots. The ones I picked for the other duties are new to me and all the information I got about them it's from the files.

I have assigned Connors to deal with the secondary way points. His Guardian will be more than capable of fulfilling the role.

I had time to see what this ship hosts in the hangar. We got Connors' Guardian and we also got an Upholder bomber. The pilot and the co-pilot are well known to me: Roberts and Miller. I worked with them before and I think they're the best choice for my ship.

Captain Den, signing off.

Captain's log entry 1043 - Helen Den's entry 2

This is Captain Helen Den, date September 28th, 820 A.S. We completed our patrol in the northern Liberty with no notable incidents.

However, we did have a little battle in New York, just before we departed to Colorado. At Fort Bush we engaged a Maltese Navy Ship, a "Tridente" class gunship that was trying to get rid of all the attention. We attacked and destroyed the enemy and saved a huge number of personnel.

Later, we found out that gunship attacked a personnel transport and half the ones we saved were prisoners. It was a good hit. I have submitted my first report as commander of this ship to Navy Command.

Captain Den, signing off.
