I think you're forgetting that the Outcasts are criminals.

Pirates, murderers, drug fuelled and violent.


The houses are based on laws and codes.

Corsairs and Outcasts =/= Houses


They have their own government, but the Maltese Navy are alot more... laidback, for lack of a better word.

What's the in-RP basis of your fighters sometimes being seen in the Omegas, a little far from their turf? Right, I concede nothing stops you from going there, but still? I'd always imagined the Taus as Outcast territory, and the Omegas as a Corsair/Hessian one, with the Sigmas being contested.

As I was saying, the Omegas teem with your enemies the corsairs, surely going there would be exceedingly dangerous for you, and near-suicide?

I am not knowledgeable on Outcast RP, but I always believe they value their pilots highly, please clear my doubts.

Let's just say that, as Sovereign implied in an earlier post, There Are Reasons. We're being vague for a reason, but there is a reason for a limited Omega presence.

And why can't you do that in Sigma-13? Is that needed - to cause problems with Bretonian Goverment? And you have no friends in Omegas. Only enemies. And Zoners, who'd gladly shoot you as well, I think.

In Sigma-13 you have staging ground.
Those People are present there as well. And their presense has some logic so far.
