Even if the blanket bounty allows other IDs, Universal Shipping ID clearly states that they can only hunt Independent Pirate ID'd players. All other cases it must be self-defense. I've seen KoF on more than one occasion ignoring this, by starting fights with Rogues/Hackers/Outcasts, which is violating your ID conditios. For an official Universal faction you guys are not acting like a shipping faction at all, more like vigilantes like someone mentioned earlier.

Absolute nonsense man.
We will assist our Navy and other allies if they require assistance and Traders if they are under attack.
I am often seen asking Navy "do you require assistance? " before I engage any enemy.
We don't start fights, we can finish them though.
Whining Pirates as usual want it all their own way.

I think we need a break from all the [KoF] hatin', I've only seen good things recently, granted I've only interacted with apples, but when I insulted him he took it and threw it back like a man. Kudos on the insults ability.
However, whilst I've had no experience of this myself, you shouldn't even really be asking the Navy if they need help, especially not 'often'. Liberty's navy should have enough resources.
You need to stop being ooRP in the RP forum area, referring to your bounty list which got flooded, and your message dump (which has been lacking any attention whatsoever).
Also, as several other people have said, please rework your faction history. Just saying, not in an angry manner, these are areas you need to improve. There's potential here, you've got some capable members and activity, not to mention your own system; but you've had many chances to fit yourselves in before now, please actually sort it out this time.
I'd love to know what actual impact the major faction roleplay retcon a while back has actually had. To my perhaps untrained eye, nothing has changed - you act exactly the same ingame as you did before (which, frankly, isn't all too good a thing).
The faction history has been written and accepted by the Admins.
I will not re work it all over again for the 3rd time.
[KoF] members have been warned about roleplay and told to try harder.
If any of you are not happy with a member of [KoF] roleplay go complain to an admin and get him sanctioned. I will then kick him out of the [KoF]

You might remember, right after the New Year, KoF in Tau 37, Freeport 10. SOB attacked us for having Outcasts pilots, this bounty was on count because of that.
I hope that will settle the problem regarding the bounty.
Now can all further questions, have something quoted from the Faction Status of KoF so, I or any other KoF can explain such.

I was there, i remember this situation you all ended up running to the freeport and nanos feeding etc...
Well i think we do the necessary in RP, we were defending our pilots, i dont see a real reason for a bounty there, but....
I'm happy that after weeks, someone finnaly comes here with an answer.
