Ok,

Its SUPPOSED to look like a kitbash and be an ugly duckling. Its done that way on purpose. The LPI doesn't have MAJOR manufacturing capabilities at the moment, but does have heavy repair. The RP of putting a Liberator Cockpit with the body of a Guardian makes it look ugly.

As explained earlier, Ship building even now has become a modularized thing. So the 2 sub assemblies are melded together, and there you have it, an ugly little duckling, loved only by those who gave life to it.

Does getting killed by an ugly ship make it hurt more? Inquiring minds want to know.

I can see the LN swapping all upholders for this and then using this ship as a pure all out owning machine.

The reason why bombers all got nerfed was because they can raep anything (and still can) but if this ship gets implemented it will burn all other ships in the game.

Actually, its billed as a light bomber........weaker shield, weaker power plant than most bombers. It turns a little better than the rest of the bombers, but does not turn anything like a fighter. There were guidelines to be adhered to when this ship was designed, and we kept to them. Stats were seriously looked at to make sure it wouldn't become every ones favorite killing machine.

It is going to be a faction specific machine, not available for general sale. The old "I stole it" won't float with this one.

So.... I don't think that it will be the defacto pew pew bomber for .86.

Its not like the LPI has to deal with a lot of gunships / gunboats that come looking for.....

It's only sell point will be in Illinois. If I could, I'd probably put it on Attica... but no ships can stay docked there for any length of time.

It's terrible in my opinion, it's merely a mash up of the front of a Patriot with a Defender. I'd like more originality please.
