First of all, has it been done before? And how so?
I was wondering about the OC cardamine/slave trade recently, and I've come across an idea that would put a slight dent into the profits.
Say, a cannabalistic faction that would halt those trains haulin' the goodies, take the slaves aboard, and OMNOMNOMNONOM on human flesh.
It may be a violent idea, yes.
Someone could find it EMOTIONALLY disturbing, or downright VULGAR, but however, it's an idea in progress.
It'd be a idealistic thing to do, y'know. Not exactly terrorists, but people who crave the human flesh to consume. They would take all sorts of hostages aboard, you know. BH Pilots, Pirate pilots, police pilot, any pilot, and they would eat them. How would it change the RP based on human cargo? Would the government condone these actions? How would it play out in the level of DEEEEEP rp we got going on here?
If i remember correctly one of phantoms...nooo it was X that took my transport pilots knee caps nevermind... But or ...was it an Phantom, X or Phantom who ever ate my transport pilot's knees....yeah

Well suppose it should only be special Rp request tho... and while I think this will be interesting, it could be unfunny... say a greedy fat slob that goes round randomly killing just for some food.

Anyway, I've one character even vaguely like that and he only eats squid, but a band of Corsairs who are actually cannibals couldn't hurt.

so please people stop saying corsairs are cannibals, they are not. it happened once when the crete was in a crysis and it was a long time ago.
I don't understand the whole corsair-cannibal thing can you please make some connections? I mean corsairs dont even make any reference to killin for fun they just do it to spread their stuff and gain loot.
If it was the wild, I would understand, if nomads did it, I'd also understand. Outcasts, maybe some kinda gang initiation ritual but nothing more than a drop of blood from each member, prolly same for 'sairs.
corsair bar rumors are referring to a time when the entire corsair population was endangered by famine. it was before they met any other colonists. they decided to sacrifice an entire clan so that the survivors will have time to produce some food and survive. the elder council somehow chose clan ventru ( i dont know if they did draw straws or something ). since then some corsairs also call the corsair nation ventru, to honour their sacrifice.
bar rumors can bring up very interesting backstories of factions and sirius history canon.
